Notification of intent to return must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. Provided the goods are still in original condition, have not been used or installed and include all original hardware and packaging, goods may be returned for a refund or credit provided they are within the refund guidelines below.

Please note: The original shipping fee will not be refunded and run out items or custom made products are non-returnable.

Once photos of the product/s are received by us, a return authorization form will be sent through which must be returned with the goods. Goods returned without the completed form will be denied and held until form is received.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of the return authorization from being issued (With the exception of Western Australian or New Zealand customers, who are allowed 20 days for return). Once goods have been received and inspected for re-sale you will then be notified if your return has been approved or denied.

The buyer is responsible for the arrangement and cost of return postage and assumes all risk. (Unless they have purchased insurance) We recommend an insured freight method and that goods are packed in a manner that will not incur damage in transit. In the case of an item being returned incomplete or damaged the return will be denied, or dependant on the situation a partial refund may be granted.

If approved, your refund or credit will be processed within 5 business days and the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. If payment was received by bank deposit, you will need to provide us with your banking details.

Please note that for change of mind returns, a restocking fee of 25% of the order total will apply.

We stand by the manufactures warranty of all products sold on our website and will gladly assist in the warranty process for any items that are faulty within the advertised warranty period. If you are un-sure of what the warranty is for your product please contact us and we can speak with the manufacturer on your behalf.

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from any manufacturing defects. If you do receive a faulty product we must be notified within 14 days of delivery. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. This can mean arranging an onsite inspection from the manufacturers or the product being returned and inspected. If the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer, we will organize repair or replacement of the product or offer a refund if notified within the 14 days of delivery.

With the purchase of mirrors, we must be notified within 48 hours for any report of damage. Please inspect any mirrors as soon as they arrive. If damage has occurred, images must be provided as soon as possible.

Please note that if you are not covered by insurance and your package is lost or damaged in transit, we do not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss.

We must be notified of delivery errors including non delivery, short supply and delivery of incorrect quantities or incorrect goods within 14 days of delivery date. Please provide us with your order number and we can follow up with our couriers and suppliers.

For damages to goods, notification must be received within 14 days and pictures must be provided. Please inspect the goods upon delivery for any damages during transit and do not sign if damage is evident.

Please purchase insurance with your order to ensure that you are protected if damage occurs during transit as goods are sent with third party couriers and cannot be replaced or refunded if damage occurs if you have not purchased insurance.
